He's been in and out more times than if he was doing the Hokey Cokey. If he wants to play for us great, if he doesn't lets get rid and make as much out of him as we can. I would never keep a player who doesn;t want to be with us.

I'd hope so, but constantly dragging up the prospect of him leaving isn't exactly helping the situation.

I think you may be a little over optimistic about what influence this message board has over players decisions!

The fact he seems to be constantly turning down offers from Salford & turned down Leeds, plus the fact he seems to love not just playing for Leigh but interacting with all the Leigh fans & the work he did with the trust all suggests he's committed to Leigh and doesn't want to go anywhere. I almost think some people want him to go, the amount they talk about how he's definitely leaving despite all evidence to the contrary.

My own personal view is that he would benefit from one more year at Leigh. If we manage to get into SL at the first attempt (not likely perhaps but not impossible) then he could well stay, if not then he will be better placed to move on to a bigger club. Life is short, you cannot blame the lad for trying to earn a living in the few years he is young enough to do so.
