From a Neutral that was an enthralling game to watch and a deserved win although I don't think the score reflected the game. The No Try for the Fev Hooker was a huge turning point in the game because if he scores then it really was game on, and it could have been a different result as the momentum had turned and your forwards looked out on their feet. but you managed to get the next score and that was game over.

Yes. But of course, if the Aspinwall 'try' had been allowed then it could well have been 'game over' much earlier.
Well played Leigh, just too good for us. Think it will be a consolidating year or two for Fev now, looks like we are back to being a selling club now with our financial situation (Greg Worthington apparently coming to you next season, which says it all), but no reason why Leigh shouldn't do in the middle 8 next year what you've done to us and others this year, think Leigh at their best this year are probably better than at least the bottom five or six from this season's SL.

I think Andy Hay will sort you out at Fev. You still have the base for a very good team and there will be players about next month that you can pick up. Thought Annakin and Sharp were excellent for you lot last night.
We've signed a couple of Aussies and whilst you can never tell how they are going to fare over here, fans of both their clubs don't seem to have a bad word to say about either, so that's encouraging. Hopefully we will still be competitive next year, should be fun seeing how things pan out, personally I think Bradford and London will do well to live with Leigh, I reckon you were a better team than about the bottom six of SL this season when on form, and unfortunately for Fev you seemed to be on song every time you played us.
Think most Fev fans would say Sharp has been our best player since he came to us - the repeated slating of him by ex team mate Jon Wells on Sky last night was ridiculous and simply suggested he hasn't watched a Fev game in the Championship in the last two years. Annakin is great fun to watch and it's good that we have him on a season-long loan, hopefully we will be ditching the DR next year (if it still exists).
