Anthony Thackery was a name mentioned to me on more than one occasion today. I thought he was their best player and had a big hand in everything that came off for Dewsbury.It was a sublime kick that resulted in their final try.

From our perspective, We controlled the game today against a good outfit and I never thought the result was in danger. I also thought Beswick was outstanding and he especially is in a rich vein of form currently.

My lad is on strict orders that he has to fall asleep in the car on the way home. My nephew (and as a knock on effect his dad) aren't attending because of the school night issue though, and they're both season ticket holders.

Must admit I think quite a few will be doing similar, its a pain for some but I kinda think as a Leigh fan its not often you get a chance to see the team in a major final so its worth the late (hopefully not too late) night for the youngsters

Taking my great grandaughter. She's never missed a home game and been to a few away ones as well. Can't let her miss this one
