Thats only for Dual registered when the player is not already on the books of the 'parent club', Joe has been a registered signed player all season.
It only applies to DR's, loanees are allowed as long as they are signed up before the deadline - as in the case of Michael Platt who is on loan to us from Salford but only played in a couple of league games.
