Rob Parker did a fantastic job for our club and it's a shame that we couldn't keep at LSV. However, onwards and upwards - I'm sure the club will make the right moves to fill the void left with Rob's departure.
I also believe that the groundwork from Rob and the BoM will ensure that whoever takes up the job next will have a much better chance of managing a seamless transition.
