I could be wrong but I think I saw a certain angelic ageing Leeds prop forward grab the same Cas player by the throat in the same incident? Presumably that was for face butting sinfields yed!
Difference with these two incidents was Sinfield was stood face to face with the Cas player and butted him although with not much force. Sarsfield on the other hand was trying to get up and his forehead accidentally made contact with Peacocks face.

E-F Head butting – makes full contact in aggressive violent manner 4-8+
I reckon he'll get a grade B charge and miss 1 game with an EGP
