Pitch looking great should be a good game

On my way down from Edinburgh for the game so relying on others for weather reports.

I absolutely cannot wait for tomorrow. I feel like I'm eight years old again and it's Christmas Eve or the day before we go to Rhyl. Buzzin.

Is there a need for a pitch inspection or (as mentioned by a few) is the pitch in good nick ?
Seen a lot of football called off of late due to monsoon conditions and hurricane style winds so hoping the RL season can start as the Pitch doesn't need to be in as good a state as it does for football.

LSV will never call a game off because of rain. The drainage is the same system as Wembley and The Emirates. We need a tsunami before they would call a game off!

I Don't believe he would ignore ignore you on purpose. Rob's either in meetings or working hard 7 days a week raising for money for OUR Club maybe his mind was else where strategizing how to strengthen Our Club?

Apparently they wanted to preserve the surface for the blackburn game. With it being a friendly the rugby was sacrificed. Good decision.

Just come from the LSV can't say I could see much of the pitch in the dark but it's dry and should give the pitch chance to dry out a bit more, let's hope the weather holds up for tomorrow.

Does anyone know what state the pitch is in?
