| Hi Guys
Just a reminder that it is the launch night for Leigh East open age this Saturday.
Leigh East will be playing Shevington Sharks at 3pm with the launch night due to start at 7.00pm. Its a free night with a buffet and disco and a chance to sign up as a member for the season. Also the chance to discuss possible sponsorship packages or just have a little look at the club and this season's squad in general.
Would be great to see a few down at the club.
Cheers
Lee Rowley

simpsons/PDT13.gif Brad Fitler "If the ref's decision decides your game. You haven't done enough prior."
Referees are like women, they make snap decisions and never reverse them.
Littlerich wrote Widnes will be glad to get away from Leigh. They've been regularly pumped, roasted and left in the alley-way by the lobbygobblers. Talk about being bitched - what a torrid time they've had. They'll be looking for some A&E rest time for the next three years at least.:simpsons/PDT13.gif |

| Allan Coleman asked Leigh East for a friendly this pre season but East said they had already organized three tough friendlies against Askam,Shevington Sharks and Rylands so maybe next year! All at the Miners would love the street of origin to return!

| Miners did ask us but we had the Askam game planned some time ago and played last week. Yesterday the 1st team were due to play Woolston and 2nd team Shevington. Woolston cancelled so just Shevington game went ahead. Next week 1st team play Eccles and 2nd team play Rylands.
Hope this clarifies a little better on Easts preseason fixtures in relation to post above.
Sure in the coming seasons we would welcome games of this type.
