Do people normally buy tickets for events they can't attend?

I dont think they've really understood the concept of the 5 match ticket TTTT

But I don't know if I will be able to get to that many Nostradamus's lad till we get the fixtures and then find out what shift I will be on, be it nights or days.

And I will be at every game that I am off be it home or away so will still be supporting all the good stuff happening at the club.

Well 3 games are free if you are an adult who goes in the North Stand if you get a season ticket plus no queuing (how is that spelt ?) so it's a great deal. A league game' if you are a regular the price is only a bit over £12.

Frank you know if it wasn't for my shifts I would buy a season ticket every season no matter what the deal was.

Probably as good a place to put it as anywhere but would I be right in saying that Season Tickets at the published prices are on sale right up until the season start (ie : the price given now isn't a discount one that will drop and you'll still be able to pay the price as advertised now in January ?).

Agree completely, I have never understood ' early bird ' offers, they like the underpricing of various SL ST s just undermine real values

Yes your right but after the 20th (who thought that date up it's a Sunday and the ticket office isn't open?) a person buying a ST will have to pay the full price there and then as there will be no Standing order facilities.

3 games isn't hard to miss, work commitments, holiday's, anniversaries (allegedly I've had 25yrs happily married next year

) christenings, football

etc.

I'd have happily bought two of the 5 game tickets without the add on's, and may still buy a season ticket dependant on the fixtures.

As for the queues well I was at the DW last week-end and as well as ticket turnstiles they had this funny idea of asking people for cash

at another one. Not that I paid,

As I said, I think they've missed the point of the 5 , if you had one of those, you could suggest to the better half that a day at the LSV is the perfect place to celebrate 25 happy years of wedded bliss, because you already have tickets for both of you
