Didn't this form part of the survey club did last year or the year before? We completed it on line and the results were revealed at a LISA meeting from memory, which indicated Saturdays were preferred by a larger percentage of people?
Perhaps the club could do with digging that out, it might give them a baseline to compare the next survey against?

Well yes we can do another poll for that.

I will not be attending many Friday night games, I do not want to be wandering the streets of Leigh gone 10pm on a cold dark winters night at my age.

I only want to be at the side of a roaring fire enjoying a glass of fine scotch, (whilst listening to Leigh life radio commentary if we choose Friday nights)

I will attend most games on either a Saturday or a Sunday.

Have to say I agree that we need other options on the poll:

31 for Sunday
39 for Saturday
10 for Friday

based on that people could jump to the conclusion that Saturday is best but if the others which totals 41 wont/can’t go Saturday then we have just halved our attendance.

I won’t be going to many if it moves to Saturday but as I’ve said before the BOM have to do what’s best for the business.

Saturday or Sunday for me. 8pm ko on any night is no good for me especially if I'm working the day after.

I think the detailed poll at the next game will be the key and I also agree about the wording

Those who will go/are available to go regardless of the date should abstain OR there should be a category "any". I have my personal preference but will go regardless of the day as it is possible for me to go on any day.

I'd actually still have 'what day/ time you prefer' on it as if the club can keep as many fans (dare I say it customers !) happy as possible it will help in the hard times when the on pitch results don't go our way.

A simple 'yes' or 'no' against each of the options is the most efficient method of gathering opinion. The club is not concerned with preferences, it just needs to know when you would attend.

Did anybody genuinely ask the college for assistance Alan? , I ask because at my last LYCT meeting I asked a fellow trustee who works at the college about it, and he said he thought it shouldnt be a problem

Probably the worst possible match to ask, all ticket, no ST holders, almost guaranteed to be a midweek televised game with people arriving last minute
