My sentiments exactly. The various departments within Wigan council could, with ease run the entire site. Finance look after the tenants, leisure trust look after the grassed areas and landscaping etc. etc. yet they choose to pay a " middle man" around £250,000 per year in salaries. Having been solely responsible for the demise of Leigh Genesis LSV co. have a lot to answer for and I wouldn't be the least surprised if they are the people responsible for driving the take over of the Leigh East pavillion. |
