All we are promising is the match coverage every home game and away games where there are facilities to film foe example if we ever drew Oldham at Whitebank Stadium it is physically impossible to get a decent place to film from due to their lack of facilities at the moment thats the only ground I know of with so poor facilities - dunno about the new clubs- all other features will be down to me and Emmas time to actually film Emma is a student at university and Im trying to build a business and live a life, and to actually get a suitable time to get together with the players or other guests to film the features, people must realise we are NOT the BBC/ITV/SKY they have multi million pound budgets and thousands of staff, where as we at this time have zero budget and nil staff except for the time Emma and myself can give for free.
We shall also cover the u20's wherever possible but unless we get some more volunteers especially for commentary duties on the u20's games we cant promise that they will have a commentary.
So unless we can get more volunteers to assist us in filming and producing (we have plenty of ideas) these features they will be limited, we also need certain equipment for instance a couple of flood lights a set of at least two radio lapel microphones as for some strange reason some of the guests do not like speaking into an ordinary mic.
It's a new adventure for us we are having teething troubles - for one I was at fault for releasing the game early I had my reasons but that's an internal matter that has been dealt with - but we will get it right. But all first team games will only appear on the Wednesday following the weekend game - this is 1. to allow me time to edit, process and upload the game to our server, 2. So our other championship clubs cant complain we are in effect dissuading our supporters from travelling to their grounds for our away games and 3. to stop any complaints from the RFL and their broadcast partners (not that they have or would in both 2 & 3).
So Im sorry if people think that's not good enough for the money but we never promised anything else, as for highlights unfortunately that takes time and when I have it I will do them as in HD it takes far longer and is more computer intense than ordinary DV eg about an hour in DV and upwards of 3 hrs for HD, so what with processing the match video for the coaching staffs DVDs and memory sticks - my main concern TBH as it is that that helps the players and coaches to do their jobs more effectively - in DV and then transcoding the game editing it and uploading it in HD, you can see time on a Sunday night is at a premium and sometimes is a sleepless night on a Sunday.
Not complaining there just explaining if I was complaining id wouldn't do it.
Ive heard people trying to compare it with Wigans service but the difference there is they had a set uip budget that would have bought us the best team of rugby players in the Championship, where as our set up costs have been met with sponsorship and monies from us that are inviolved, and they employ a team of two full time to produce their features -though I will argue our match coverage is better than theirs (but then again I would wouldn't I

) where as we are dependant on volunteers and there are not enough of us.
The above is not an excuse as I believe its well worth the money personally, it's an honest reason.
