The RFL should consider how to keep all pro clubs with an aspiration to achieve.

Imo thats the best way to expand our game.

Our game needs p and r. our game needs the lower leagues.

for me the issue is simple. rather than having one team make the switch each season make it three. This way you will see a stronger lower league and a more even spread of the talent pool. another bonus is that it is easier to reach the promised land.

i know this will never happen but if top teams keep going bust how long will the game continue ?
