I think the Journal should have a look back in their archives and dig out some of the pics & reports from 71 and get them in the paper, bring back the memories from then, remind people we're still here and still playing, remind them of past glory, we've just had the 30th Aniversary of winning the league in 82, lets treat this as our Cup Final... Not a lot of time, but enough to get some momentum before the game.

I think our Leeds friend would tell you that we could find 2,000 begging bowls recently used by a Big SL club in another part of West Yorkshire if I read his post correctly  |

It's difficult to market the game when we don't even know when it's being played. It's ridiculous, what is undoubtedly the biggest game of the season for us, just over a week away and we can't sell tickets or tell people when it's being played. Is this a conspiracy between SKY and RL to downplay the CC but claiming no one is interested?
