I did not see anything, and neither did the he ref as he only put it on report, if he had seen anything did happen should have taken action there and then. Lets hope Fred stayed with the play and doesn't give the RL a ringside seat.

Well the best thing about the incident was that it did not last long'had the crowd on their feet and at the end of the game all the players shaked hands.

It is the difference between footie and RL. In footie a player getting a mild slap drops on the floor but rolls about as though he is in agony.

A great bust up which ended without acrimony and it should be forgotten about now imo.

The line judge was about 12feet away from the melee and saw everything. Having said that some of the things he didn't see in normal play I think Steve will get off with it.
