I would think Paul will still do the strength and conditioning, don't know whether anything official has been announced though.

On the team photo the guy second row second in from left is also on the coaching team but his name escapes me

No it isn't 'Mr Bean' the guy on the photo assists with the fitness aspect of training I think.
