I have set up something similar in the past with consolodating several business's energy bill into one, saving quite a bit. your idea Maurice is great, I always admire thinking "outside the box" I constantly encourage my staff to do just that. No idea should ever be knocked down.

Too much aggro for a bigger club possibly. It seems an easy way if 1) its legal 2) Fans are motivated to fill out forms

Utd and other Footbal clubs already do something similar with financial products. Man U credit card, loans etc. Using their fans loyalty financial institutions use the clubs name on products and give the club a percentage of the profit.

No idea. The Man Utd credit card has been advertised in the programme for the last fifteen years, so it must make some money for United.

The Watcher remembers the idea of switching energy suppliers & a sum of money being donated to who you want, being offered before, he thinks it was Atlantic gas/electric & the salesman made his pitch at a LISA meeting some years back.
