It's not that hard.
All clubs have already had their £20 at the start of the season. Any extra tickets sold from walk ups get split 50/50. | | |

I am sure i havent thought this all the way through, but, what about Having play offs for just the top 4 teams, play them home and away so each play off team gets 2 matches. They can keep the home gate, do whatever they want as regards including the season ticket holders. Maybe award the higher placed teams, a number of points head start to reward then for their seasons efforts.
