Personally i think it's a great idea. I didn't get a ST this year because I can't get to every game. If I was paying £20 p/m I would get to see all the games I can get to plus I would get a shirt and would gladly pay £20 per month. And about people cancelling Direct Debits - I've just checked me dad's ST and there is a barcode and Client ID - miss a payment and the ''scanner says no'' at the turnstyle. Turnstyle operator - '' Please can you go round to the Ticket Office where they can help you sort it out.'' With modern technology it must be possible to have the ST's deactiavted.

Many will also buy that seasons shirt, but the exclusive shirt will have some pride value.

Maybe some would prefer a retro type shirt, but how many variations of cherry and white hoops can you do? Bare in mind that they have been done over the years already.
All you do is when people sign up in advance you then specify retro or current season ? You still know the numbers for each.
