Companies House records are ficticious and you are correct.
The £1.4m 'debt' (as it was to the 2009 accounts) is owed to the tooth fairy. Or perhaps Father Christmas. Or maybe the Easter Bunny.
It must be them, because if it was anyone real, other than AT himself, they'd have called the administrators in long ago wanting some money back.
Or maybe the club has miraculously bucked the worlds banking trends on lending and are sat on a £1.4m interest free loan from RBS....maybe they've not paid HMRC for years and they've just ignored closing us down and gone for a dozen football clubs instead.
