It's ironic but the day I was injured playing against Chris Diamond's Niagara Bobcats, was the day I was going to speak with Mapleyther and the referee Paul who is also from Leigh. We wanted to contact Boots n All regarding the newly formed Scarborough Centurions, the support given by Leigh and the Leigh Link - Mapleyther, Paul and myself. We were due to have a full team photo after the game that we would attach to the email.
But things didn't work out that way and Chris beat me to it!
We took the team photo after this Sunday's game which, when I receive a copy of I will send to Boots n All along with a request to mention the support Leigh have given and not just Super League clubs.
By the way the team photo will be sent to Leigh as well, with a letter of appreciation for their support.

I'm having a beer or 2 with Chris over the weekend so will get the full story from him particularly regarding any follow up interviews.

After all the support Leigh have given they deserve a shout out!

At the weekend mapleyther and I met up with Chris Diamond of the Niagara Bobcats. He informed us that Leigh were thanked for their support during his interview on Boots n all last week but this was edited out for the show.

I have emailed Boots n All asking for a big Thank You for the support given by Leigh (even though they are not a Super League club) to Canada Rugby League and the newly formed Scarborough Centurions.

I attached the recent team photo as well.

Hopefully Leigh will get a shout out this week.
