agree with you Fred. Ellis stood out for me with his kicking game, a 40/20 and two tries to boot. Outstanding performance for such a young player. Saints loss and our gain. Will only get better IMO Just shaded Riddy for MOM but both were very influential behind a solid perfomance from our forwards platform backed by the wingers taking the ball up from defence

I agree.i also think we should sign a few of the other players up to long term contracts its obvious they are good enough for a top four team in the champ.

Fear of Relegation?

Like Frank keeps saying there is still better to come from this team. I feel a bit sorry for Duffs as he puts a lot of work into the game but doesn't get any shouts anymore. I think that the triangle of Duffy, Ellis and Ridy or Govin, Ellis and Ridy is a mouth watering combination. Riddy's MOM on TV will boost his confidence no end. If it ever needed boosting. Can't wait for Halifax next weekend. What are the other packs going to do when the rest of ours are fit. If the player gets a bad injury then we're tied to paying out a big contract for a player who isn't turning out for us, or if Super League comes calling for them then a transfer would be unlikely as the SL club would have to pay a transfer fee.
