The reason they will be promoting a team who finish mid-table is because we have listened to the RFL's guidelines and done exactly as we were told. We are by FAR the best option. If the guidelines said we have to finish top of the league then we would have played every game with established players and wouldnt have bothered giving any young lads a run out. Get with it, your living in the past! You should be glad that you are in the championship!! You would be in the lower league if gateshead hadnt gone into administration.

There have been many articles and well known greats and the majority of other superleague teams which say it can be no other than Widnes. Everything points towards us and we are the best supported club outside of Superleague..FACT. I just hope we do get in because it would be great to rub it in when we come and visit for the NRC quarter final and it would be nice to start with a win on Sunday

We have by far the best support in this League, so that is a stupid thing to say. Look at our average attendance from the past 3 home games: Widnes- 2800. Leigh- 1500. I'm afraid to say that is absolutely terrible. To be honest I think you'se are just getting massively jealous of the Widnes club. We may not be the better side but the way our club is set-up and our fan base makes yours look like an amatuer club.
