better off for the saints, at least now they can plan ahead and not have a player who is just waiting to go to union bringing the team down, He hasn't been at his best all season so lets hope Gaskell can fill his boots and push saints up the table

But they can't resign Dobson until they have proved Mason to be an EU member. If Dobson's fit before that happens, i'd sack Eastfield and snap Dobson up.

Funnily enough an EU passport seems to be one of the very few that Mason doesn't seem eligible for.
