Well left wing looks ok to me and I said last season AJ is our fastest back imo. On the other wing McGilverry is not slow and although Basil has moved Littler back into the pack I am sure he will play wide.
Armstrong don't think I have seen him play and I like the team selection.
Wonder how long Nash will be unavailable and what is Pownall's injury ?
Quotebigmac="bigmac"Still a lack of real pace in the team'"
Higson is probably our fastest player & he's placed out on the wing on sunday & McGilvary is nippy too so our wingers are good for pace against quinns. I don't know owt about Armstrong but other than us droppng Nanyn for lack of pace & signing a fast centre what do you suppose we do? It's an honest question not a dig at your post
Looks like he's testing a few things out for this game. Littler back in the pack, I thought he looked good in the centres on Sunday. Paul at hooker, Govin and Ellis at 6 & 7. Very interesting. I thought Armstrong was more of a winger and I think AJ is better at centre but its the other way round. The best thing about this squad is the amount of different options available. Duffy and Ridyard coming off the bench looks good, it will be interesting to see how much impact they can have off the bench.
