If we do get Blythe back, need maybe a young half back, winger and someone in the pack.
With some young exciting talent (hopefully) and the team Ian is building things are looking good

Dont think he will go for a half back , the position is to important for a dual and will need to be a certain regular. IMO

Duals can work out either way, do you go for top quality and risk losing them? Or less quality but more likely to stick around? Leigh got it right / got lucky? Last season and fair play.

Out of wire lads i'd expect you to get Blythe back as seemed furthest away from the 1st team. What about that Rhys Williams? Winger who scored for Wales last week?

I'd have Blythe or Mitchell but I think he's too old now. Centre, Winger, Half back/Hooker and Loose Forward if I had a choice.

Nope, that would be the pack that included emmitt maybe half of the time and Mitchell hardly at all for the 2nd half of the season. Leigh didn't get 'lucky' last season. We didn't get hit as badly as widnes but apart from Blythe we didn't really see any of them regularly.

They seemed to qualify for the playoffs alright

Well some interesting points and it surprises me that you watch as many Leigh games as I do. I can't recall chatting to you at one of our reserve team games either. Whatever what do you think of the ones who will make the step up to our first team this coming season ?

This guy is looking very good. I reckon he'll overtake Blythe and won't be far behind challenging to get into the Wire squad.

I feel we need cover in the halves though, even if it is a youngster. Neither of the reserve halves at Warrington or Saints really appeal though.

We do need cover in the halves, but dual contracts aren't the solution to that for the reasons stated on here many times before (different calls at each club etc though I don't believe for a minute it'll take long to learn our set move(s)
