Contracts mean nothing,Chris Hill deserves to leave,but didnt Ian Millward sign a 3 year contract when he came back,yet most people are saying he wont be here next season

he must have a big contract, unless theres some sort of clause in were a SL team offers he can go! or they could pay out the contract

Unless there is a SL release clause a contract neans a transfer fee has to be paid, but if thats nothing in some eyes well so be it.

Hes probably one of the better props in the division. But you have to do what is best for yourself in what is a short career so you cant really blame him if he has gone for the money.

He hasn't gone anywhere yet, he deserves to goto SL and show what he really can do, whether he'll take the risk is another question altogether.

Chris is a brilliant player in Championship rugby but to be truthful in my opinion
he isnt big enough to be a prop in SL just look what he would be up against and its a frightening prospect he would get a going over regulary, maybe he could develop into a very good second rower in SL he has pace and vision and is a great offloader of the ball
but prop never unless he gets fed what the other props at most SL clubs get fed and
morfs into another body..........

Maybe Chris doesn't want to go anywhere else,he may just simply love playing for Leigh,but if the club want to sell him then thats a different kettle of fish

That's a fair point, i for one think he'd be able to hack it in SL though, but that's something i've not thought about in the past tbh, maybe he does love playing for Leyth.

Not a question in my mind he clearly loves playing for the club, look at his reaction at losing to Sheffield!

I think he would hack it in Super League, he would also have full time training and would no doubt become stronger and fitter from it!
