Just got back from the Park Inn, and I've got to say what a great night it was. A real credit to the club, and to the Park Inn. Loads of people there, great food, great music, and there was even a firework display reminiscent of Bonfire Night at Hilton Park.

Something that didn't go un-noticed though, was the lack of club directors in attendance.

Big wraps to Arthur and Darren Thomas who were the only Directors there tonight. Both were very approachable and amiable.

Thought a few more directors would have supported this event though.

A good night all round though I thought.

Heard the fireworks loud and clear from my front room on Rydal Street lol.

Wayne was taking piccies, and Ive heard hes in hospital(dont know whats up, but get well soon), so maybe he'll put some up when hes back home.

Nicholson got reserve players award. Players player was Duffy. Basils' player of the season Goulden and Leulai who made a short speach got an award for being most promising youngster.

I have heard Leulai is drafting Alan Rowleys speech for the clubs next event.
