Some instances of mis-selling include
• You were told you had to take out PPI in order to get the loan or product.
• You were pressured into buying PPI.
• You were not informed you could buy PPI from an independent Provider 80% cheaper.

• You were not asked whether you already had sufficient Insurance cover.

I'm told by someone who saw Tim last weekend that the talk of Ian not being able to contact him is rubbish. Tim's take is apparently that he's been trying to get hold of Ian for about a month and he doesn't want to know so make of that what you will.
This isn't me trying to stir the pot I'm just telling what I was told. Whatever it seems that he's called it a day at least temporarily.
