I'm fully aware of numbers at the LSV, dont see why this wud make a difference just stating that if Sale came to leigh i believe they wud if not fill the ground have good support home and away week in and week out. I think alot of locals from leigh wud go as neutrals just to see big name world class players which at the moment aren't being seen at the LSV. This is just my personal opinion but like many i do believe in the long run Kennedy is looking out for himself like the majority of team owners in all sports

The best thing would be for Sale to get relegated and go bankrupt next year. The Kick and Slap Brigade that follow Sale are not known for liking League in any way.

Always tickles me the "people would like to see players like" we didn't sell all season during our super league season and you could watch all the best players in super league,let alone henry hoorah nobodies from union

Whats the difference between Genesis and Sale? Neither team orginates from the town, one plays 10th league football, 1 is a high profile brand name of the ERU. I cant for the life of me find a negative as to why it would be a bad thing for Leigh. Maybe there are opportunities to buy a dual season ticket, will Sale rebrand? Loads of questions to be asked but other clubs with dual codes dont do too bad!!

Not good news for any club in the area, Does LSV need sale ? personally id tell them where to go we dont need kick and clap in this area look what happend to orrell.

Bit sad mate u dont know who ive seen play b4 maybe leigh not selling out is a problem with regards the club itself and marketing there home games but it seems everybody is looking at the negative rather than the possible positives

of this happening.

LSV needs Sale, lsv needs crowds, LRL wont get them outside SL and the door doesnt look to be open at present so RL could lose a stadium to RU.

I have played both codes. RL is worth watching RU is most definately not.

RU speccies are not going for the spectacle there isn't one. The Beeb broadcast it and everyone switches it off after 10 minutes because it is boring.

It is a players game rugby fans know that. Folk who actually go do so for one reason and that is because they are as boring as kick and clap is to watch. It is a social thing. They like to think they are "in" they are sad souls whose idea of supporting is to get absolutely hammered and pretend they know what they are talking about in the hope they will meet someone who is important.

They do not know a forward pass from a knock on. We are a country of 60 million and the best we can produce cannot beat New Zealand a country of 2 million. Why not ? Because it is a sport played by failures and watched by people who cannot function in the real world.

It is fun to play but it is most definately not fun to watch.The type who actually watch it regularly must like Star Trek episodes run backwards and in Klingon.

England RU are a terrible team to watch but the attitude of kick and clap is very much when the game was at an amateur level 10-15 years ago. Take the time to watch the best in the world in the European Heineken Cup or the Southern Hemisphere Super 15's the natural ability is much more than 'kick and clap'
