my lad plays footy in the Bolton & Bury League.

BWFC are having a community day on 24th April when they play Portsmouth.

They are offering the teams in the league an opportunity to pay just £5 per ticket.....minimum purchase of 10 tickets.

Thoughts?

They know that Portsmouth is essentially a "nothing" game that they should win and people are unlikely to want to pay full price for a ticket.

Good marketing for sure. It would be interesting to know how many they sell after the match.
