I think fred covered
this question itsatry.
He would be a good acquisition in my opinion if we did manage to sign him, would score tries for fun in this league. Would probably have to instill some discipline in him as he is known for giving away silly penalties. |

I remember Leigh fans calling him Goofy in the build up to the 7 games between Leigh and Salford in 2003, when we were the top two teams in NL1 - what do you expect?!
As a Salford player he's been the nearest we've got to a fan on the pitch - always gives 100%, sometimes allows his passion to cloud his judgement but celebrates every try like it's won us the league.
Sure he'd be the same for you, especially as it's his home town club. |

Stick Alstead on the wing and Littler at Centre leaving out Maden. That way we lose one player who gives away silly penalties and replace him with another. Simples  |

I agree don't expect him to thank opposition fans for calling him Goofy, anyway he's so called a Wigan fan, but he was never away from HP as a kid, then again neither was his dad who was also a Wigan fan  |

I can absolutely, 100% guarantee that he is NOT a Wigan fan.
Ask him at some point what his feelings are about WWRLFC, and particularly Andy Farrell, preferably when he's "well in the party mood" as mentioned above ..... I strongly suspect the response will make him a firm fans favourite at Leigh.  |
