Certainly not getting heated up about this, we will be in a relegation - mid table battle again this year with or without these Dual Contract players. In my opinion Millward is a great coach not a god. Unfortunatly if will take 2-3 years at least for him to develop his own stamp on his squad. I just hope he isnt pinched by SL clubs along with Chris Hill,Adam Higson etc and gets this time to get the club back to the top of the championship and if luck is on our side or some SL teams go to wall get super league status

Here is hoping that once our props recover from their injuries we shall see some consistent entertaining and winning rugby.

I also have doubt with the dual contracts but i'm afraid at this moment in time we need them as i cant see props coming from the reserves at the moment.

Everyone has doubts over Dual contracts but the fact is while they exist and other clubs are doing it we either follow suit or fall further behind. Widnes now have a big squad in my opinion and loads of cover in different postions one may ask how they afford this and how all the players will be kept happy?

if you take a player from s/l who suffers a loss of form or confidence, do you still have to play him?

As Leyther Matt states Wigan have offered at least one of their players to Leigh, and he plays in a position you are struggling in. I really don't understand Leigh not taking up the offer.

I know Wigan used to INSIST that they played 1st team under the 'old' loan system.

Perhaps Leyther Matt's wrong & these players haven't been offered to Leigh. Terry O'Connor will still have friends at Wigan, so perhaps he got offered the players first.

He's a prop and thats what Leigh could do with. I don't know too much about him tbh but i'd have thought he's be worth the punt by Leigh if only on a short term deal. I watched him in the u21 Grand Final last year and he looked a real tough player. He ran it hard and hit people in the tackle.
