Why, aren't people from elsewhere capeable of representing Leigh? We seem happy to recruit South Africans, Spaniards, Swedes, Italians, Aussies and Kiwis to manage our National and club sporting teams. Why can't somebody from outside the area with right policies, ideas and motivation perform a good job for the benefit of the constituants?

With regards to Leigh East, I'm lead to believe Pie council told Leigh East to tell him to butt out, as it has nothing to do with him, its a local issue.
