My mum used to encourage me to eat apples as a child by slicing them up and arranging them nicely on a plate which as a parent looking back was a great trick. Trouble is she coated them in bloody sugar!
My nan also use to put chips in my soup. Proper chip pan chips. The grease would float on top of the soup but they were bloody good!
I don't think I was even destined to be a scrum half.
Do people still own chip pans?
