Nowt wrong with the 3G at the East , I've watched a few games on it and not seen anyone limping of with skin ripped off
Now compared with personal experiences of playing on bone hard , grassless , rutted pitches in late August and September and part frozen pitches in Winter where my knees and my ar$e looked like 6 pounds of raw prime steak its like playing on cotton wool
Only complaint about it ( LSV's fault ) is they built the perimeter fence to close to the far touch line and so they can't play some other games on it ( like Centurians reserves ) they should get their act together and sort it
Watched the GB v Aussie schoolboys on it in the deep mid- winter and at the worst they only came off with frost bite
