Second bit is most certainly true and with restriction of trade all over the EU now how can a governing body say you have to only spend x now because we are relegating you. I dont know what the clubs stance will be. But I would be more than happy to ask Mr Spencer, Mr Lewis or Mr Wood how they expect a club to progress with a ball and chain 150K salary cap around their ankles?

Works hard - did a job for us - probably still would in the 3rd tier of rugby, but I am sure there are non pros out there who could do a similar job so would prefer to try to get someone of overall better ability and experience.

Now yous say you should have dispensations, but I read, in many threads, people complaining about how its not a fair and level league (Toulouse and Gateshead) and they are one of the causes of your relegation, but you want an unfair and un-level league next year in Championsip 1?
