Do you know what. I openly said that Paul should not be our head coach, but what I am reading on here is nothing short of disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They were obviously still open with Rooney going to Barrow. Question, considering our desperate need for a recognised half back did we consider him, were we outbid 'again' for him. Or maybe he didn't even consider us due to the amateurish and comical goings on at management level which has made us a laughing stock this and for several seasons prior to this.

I understand that theres one player we were going to sign for this season and next season, and both times, at the last minute he has pulled out due to undisclosed 'goings on' at the top.

What the hell has being a Leyther got to do with his coaching skills? Its nice that daddy gave him the job - sorry, I meant "that he convinced the board of his coaching skills" - but he isn't up to the mark and never has been. His record of causing disturbances in the dressing room should speak for itself.


If he was that much of a Leyther then he would have walked out of the job and handed it to someone that could actually do it.

Dont beleive all the nonsense thats talked about, the only goings on at the top in recent weeks has been to persuade one of the worlds most respected coaches to come and manage us. I think you will find the said player joined someone else for more money?
