Couldn't make the match yesterday - Mother's Day and all that. Went to collect season tickets today (Mon) Just me collecting three season tickets, I was there waiting for the girl to hand them over for nearly ten minutes, by the time she had finished the paper work.
If there was a lot collecting them on the match day, it is little wonder there was a cue or even quw.

By the way at the Moscow match I wanted to move from the West Stand seats to the standing area behind the goals at half time (to meet friends)
As I reached the stewards standing on the corner they refused to let me through. "Once you have determined your area for the game, you cannot move" he said. Does anyone have any idea why that rule is in place.

Yes because when the concrete and steel catch fire they need to know how many people are in each stand to evacuate the correct number

If they let you in the north stand after entrance and it all goes up in flames they would end up locking some poor barsteward in there and would have the Fire bobbies going into the west stand looking for somebody no longer there

I dont think they would count us all on the way out if the place was on fire.

I am of the very firm opinion that the shambles with the North Stand season tickets can be laid solely at the feet of the female Steward who stands by the entrance to the pitch every home match never moving an inch, never uttering a word, and stays perfectly still whilst displaying a face like a Farmers ar*e. does anyone know who is this phantom of the North Stand, She's there every week but remains motionless.
