I'd be happy if it was just opened and we got 500 extra fans in it. We got that for the Widnes at home game last year and the atmosphere was great with all 4 sides being occupied. Maybe it could become a family stand that could be used with groups like you mentioned-beavers, cubs, scouts, brownies and all junior amateur teams. Not just RL team, RU, football and the Harriers kids should be encouraged to get in there.
Bring back the cheerleaders for sure-definately added a family atmosphere.
