Whether we like it or not we are now a team in transition.
That means we might do well BUT we also might not.
TS is getting people in and throwing people out.
On the getting people in side of things, it's easy to get people to come if they know that people are not going to be jumping on their backs and getting the camara phones out every time they have a pint glass in their hand.'"
A large majority of Wire fans have no patience. They want us out winning trophies tomorrow. They are not content to let TS start from the ground up, which is obviously what he's going to have to do. Unfortunately the majority who boo don't post on here so will continue to do so...

I like you, you call it like me. I thought I was in the minority who thought BOTH halfbacks were poo.
We were physically better that Cas and Salford. It's just when we go wide, we his the pivots, for all the pace to sapp out of the game. At Salford I put it down to having second row's in the centre's, but it was the same going to L. Anderson, King and Penny on the left today. Just doesn't seem to click like it did with Swann, Gleeson and Fa'afili. Missing a genuine scrum half?

Watching tonight, made me realise how much I'd love Thomas Bosc. I don't actually think he gets the plaudits he deserves. Granted, tonight his pack were dominant, but his array of kicking, and his hands etc, I think he's a quality player. For me, he's arguably the best half in SL.
If we got him & Myler, we'd be awesome.
Greg Bird was brilliant tonight too, thought that deserved a mention.

As I heard a snippet on the way home in the car, Bosc did cross my mid as a handy half back. The only reservation I have, is his effectiveness being away from home.

no mate i just don't get how people can't see our team is being built from the foundations up with a top man in charge and people need patience and the team need support.
STOP BOOING is all i ask but then people start throwing mud at me so i get defensive and have to justify myself, that's all

| As we walked from the ground, we were talking about how comfortable it must be for opposition teams to come to the H&J stadium. When you think about it, it really must be a pleasure (ignoring the opposition they have to play); nice pitch, nice facilities etc.
However where we are super hospitable is how we treat the 2 teams. We don't get on the opposition/referees back and make it a hostile atmosphere. We don't make it an unpleasant place to play. Rather, we get on our own players backs and help drag their confidence down. Saves the opposition/opposition support from trying to do it and break our team down mentally. We do it for them. We even go so far as to give a parting shot at full time so when they're in training this week those boos still ring in their ears. Nice little booster for the Bulls as they prepare for Friday.
We really are the most hospitable set of fans in the league. BRAVO!

| The real fans/not real fans debate is boring! People can boo, cheer, shout whatever they want! We all pay entrance fee’s and are all fans are entitled to do what they want!
Lets be serious boo haters and cheerers, not one player on the pitch gives a monkeys what the fans do at the moment because the players have no affinity with the club. Not one player who donned the wire shirt yesterday can be actually classed as a fans favourite. The next few years are going to be dark times for Warrington and this will hopefully shift out the idiot fans and players alike and by about 20011 we can get ourselves back to a time of optimism and hope like we had in 2005.

I would certainly class the likes of Westwood and Morley as fans favourites.
Players don't need to have an affinity with the club, it would be nice to have 17 Warrington fans playing for us, but it just doesn't happen.
It is only because we are losing that this is an issue, but I don't think you can question the commitment of the likes of Riley, Hicks, Penny, Morley, Higham, Carvell, Westwood, Harrison, Blythe etc. I have left out a few players who I think would be controversial, but this is what bugs me when fans go mad and call them all a dsigrace.

| What I would love to see/hear is everyone just bursting into the Kevin Penny chant for ages, banging on the drum and everyone singing.
The kid deserves credit and he's not going to get it the way we play. If I was him I'd be bloody frustrated and also I'd probably think that I'm not really appreciated because he just doesn't get the chances.
I just don't want to see his enthusiasm disappear because he's not getting the ball, if he feels loved (everybody saw awww) I think it'll do wonders for him and maybe the team might even remember he's out there on the wing and is actually a good player.

| FWIW i think the booing was pretty muted to be honest just a handful of people...
I do think the atmosphere is very flat though,i think some people really want to get behind the team but are finding it difficult because what we are seeing on the pitch isn't great...
Even though it going to take TS time to sort it out..
