I think drinkwater is limited but Williams has been a huge disappointment for me - certainly not worth the money he's cost.

Can’t fault the effort on show today.

We're a couple of players off being able to compete. We need a better 4 than Ratch and a better 11 than Currie. 2 genuinely creative players in those positions and we're in with a chance.

Never said he was the main reason, but there's no doubt he's one of the weaker links.

Discipline, fitness and resilience need some serious attention. Twice we gave away a penalty while we’re on their line and they’re under pressure. Twice Welsby breaks on kick return. Stupidity from Williams and Drinkwater on those penalties.

We need to learn to be comfortable in chaos. That’s just to stop leaking points, not even starting in the lack of creativity.

Effort was there, completed well, but give ourselves too much to do.

I'd guess Williams is carrying quite an injury. Missed our two big props. A great improvement on last year. Loads of effort but not good enough really.

They don't see how favourably officiated they are at all do they? Walmsley won't get a 2 game ban but he absolutely deserves it. I think he made one single ptb today that was a legal one, how many times was he penalised fornincorrect ptb or stepping off the mark?
