I've bought the home shirt today, really impressed with the quality. It isnt the same as the ones in the pictures, the players are made out of stretchy material (lycra) but the replicas are cotton like traditional rugby shirts. The collar is also like a polo shirt.

With regards to the University of chester logo, its on the front and back. All the logos are sewn on, so there shouldnt be a repeat of last year.

Well done to the club/designer.

Not too sure I should be wearing the shirt around my uni then.

Just been in the shop to look at the replica shirts and they look nothing like the ones in the photo on the club website. They have yellow turn down collars, the material is different, the design is subtlydifferent. Really disappointing. At least the bensons for beds logo is stitched on so it looks like you could remove it.

I think based on what you've said that they're not actually replica shirts at all.

I'd rather have it like it is now than the skin tight versions the players wear... Let's face it 10,000 Wire fans in skin tight tees won't exactly make for happy viewing at the HJ!

Sounds similar to last years' away one to me.

Wouldn't advocate a skin tight version but I would at least like the shirt to look like the team's shirt

I saw three different versions of that being worn at one game. The most common heavy cotton one that loads had on, the skintight one (which was a different design - player issue I think), and one fella was in a polyester version of the common design. I don't know if counterfeiters bother making blag Warrington shirts or if the shop just sells different ones but it looked a bit weird.

I understand why they make the fit different for players and supporters, but surely the basic material should be similar if not exactly the same, and the design should definitely be identical? Otherwise it's not a replica shirt.

So not only we're we asked to pre-order shirts that we didn't know the appearance of, but the shirts we would actually be ordering, wouldn't look like the pictures when they come out, and are dissimilar to the player tops (which is surely the meaning of being a 'replica' top)

Why I didn't buy the away top last year and cant say I'm bothered this year.
