As of last night's Leigh Independent Supporters' Association (LISA) meeting we had 20 North Stand tickets left and 1 West Stand. We're sending someone to you today to beg steal or borrow tickets for anywhere we can. Sold 3,400 which is apparently around the same as you. Going to be a great atmosphere I can't wait.

As for the game well. You're a top team but been inconsistent for a while and in bit of a bad run, we're playing some brilliant rugby but are yet to be tested against some of the best. You should win fairly easily, but then again so should have Salford and Wakefield, impossible to predict the score.

I'm finding it hard to believe that we've only sold 3,400 tickets. We regularly have at least 7k Wire fans in the ground, even against the likes of Wakey and Catalan who don't travel well.

Am I supposed to believe that over half of those people haven't bought a ticket?

Yup agree with that, Doncaster last year was probably the worst attendance I can remember and 3000 turned up for that one, and only a handful were from Doncaster.

Are people just pulling these figures out of thin air? Huge game, there'll be a lot more than that.

The Leigh club initiated it by stating "we've sold # tickets, the crowd will be 50/50 by all accounts!" And at their fan meeting they said the same again.

Again, I find it hard to believe our club would tell them how many tickets we've sold. Sounds to me like they're just trying to ramp up their fans.

Well Padgate Walking Day clashing isn't going to help matters, plenty of wire fans attend - even Simon Moran most occasions.

The club just tweeted that we're not far off 9000 tickets sold for Saturday. I would guess that includes the 3400 sold by Leigh.

I'd imagine Leigh have sold 4000 with their North allocation added to the West stand, meaning we're at 5k or so.

Part of that must be down to the lack of electricity and televisions in Leigh.

Considering most just see that we're playing a championship side with the walking day and the Tom Sephton Memorial Trophy event on the same day at the same time, 5k isn't too bad I guess.

The club have just tweeted that Leigh have sold 2600 tickets. Leigh are claiming they've sold 3400 ?

I wouldn't put it past Leigh, but maybe it was just a typo and they meant 3600?
