Chambers lost me in his 1st game, where he left it to the players to come up with the game plan. Nice one coach

| Sooner people realise Thewlis is championship level the better but can say that about a few on this team.

Well that's certainly a take. Are you basing this on one missed tackle? He's largely been our most consistent performer, even when we threw away half the table. Its only really recently he's been off the boil, but then you need to remember the poor sod is playing outside Peter Matautia. Who IS championship level.

| Can someone fire Chambers out of a cannon please.
If you can’t get your players fired up for a must win game then you shouldn’t be in the job!
As bad as the Wigan cup game that!

Add -Ratchford looks spent now, curry is a liability in defence, not been impressed with drinkwater this year and i dont think nicholson is there yet to get so many starting spots.

Ratchford is spent. His kicking really is the only thing worth banking on now. He's been a good servant and is in for the cause but he's 3 years past his sell by date at least. Currie can be so solid but he just has never had the concentration for 80 minutes, his defence is actually generally good but there is always at least once per game where he lets someone waltz right past him. Drinkwater is anonymous (though today I thought he did pretty well defensively), and agreed on Nicholson, potential but far off a finished article.

| Hmm, I think perhaps you had to be at the game to get a sense of how hot and (importantly) humid it was. The ball was always going to be extremely slippery. We made a few daft errors but I thought we were unlucky not to get a draw at least.
The decision to give a knock-on against Thewlis when he had been held down by Brierley was absolutely shocking.
Commiserations to Salford for having to go that ground every fortnight; absolute end of nowhere.

The internationals have always been good in ru, the worst part now is that because of bonus points and generally having some idea how to improve the spectacle the club level is wa more entertaining than any superleague rugby match. Superleague is ruined totally by inept officials, the speed of the ruck and niggle. Rugby league as a sport seems ruined to me in this country until we find a way to promote quality entertaining rugby, not boring spoiling tactics.

| The Aussie fans compare their reserve comp to SL.....based on this season, I think they're being very generous.
And in a mediocre competition we just bump along as the very definition of mediocrity - fans will vote with their feet and unless Burgess is a miracle worker, it's more of the same next year. I've seen very little to encourage me that things will be any different, especially when they can't even get up for a game like today's.
Powelly Wowelly must be laughing his bloody head off

The coaching at Warrington is abysmal. That should have been a comfortable two points.

It must be tough for Wire fans driving a full 12 miles down the A57 to get to the match. Heartfelt sympathies to you all.
