what a farce we couldnt get the live draw in the north-west the RFL and BBC dont give a toss about the CC and they wonder why fans dont go to matches when the comp is belittled by them both. let Sky televise it you would at least get a live draw that could be seen in all of GB.

To suggest the RFL don't give a toss is very much wrong. The RFL will have tried to get maximum coverage for the draw but the T/V stations etc just won't give the airtime to what they see as a minority sport.

The local rivalry probably meant that the Cas v Wakey one was tbh. And that's how it turned out.

I also agree. Sky make more fuss about the clubs choice in the play offs than the BBC do for a cc draw.

They didn't even tell us what number each team was before the draw. Nobody from any teams involved was there to comment on the draw.

It's no wonder the cup as lost all it's romance and magic.

scratch on the scorecard this one as it always is. It will be a fantastic game though. The whole QTR final draw is intriguing to say the least. Hopefully it will ignite the comp.

Its a bit like sky and their showing of super league games the one on the friday always appeals more than the one on the saturday for some reason!

Loved the fact that Robbie Paul was grinning like a cheshire cat while man-voice wanted to wax lyrical about the Yorkshire ties. I thought there was a midget tickling his bum once the draw had been made. ALL he wanted to discuss was Wire Vs Wigan, and who can blame him? Not sure the producer on BBC Yorks wanted to hear about how great this match should be. This is the tie for the neutrals and anyone who loves British rugby league at its best. It promises to be a cracker, cannot wait.
