I had the same issue - turns out I had set my comms preference to no emails on the member part of the club website. Updated it now!

Got our codes when renewing our Season Tickets a few weeks ago. Even with the codes sent from the club, it didn’t work until I rang them and they gave us a new code.

Have ST holders on here received a new membership card with 2021 on the front ? I paid up several weeks ago, can access games on Our League, but can only find my 2020 card in my ' man's drawer'. I don't remember getting one, but that probably doesn't mean much these days.

I went into the club shop today to get a new code for our league, as I must have deleted the original one.The girl behind the counter said I must apply for it by E mail.She wrote the E mail number down for me to apply which I did when I got home.Surprise surprise what I sent kept getting rejected,on further inspection she had written it down wrong.Can anybody help.How can I get one directly from the shop if the code does not arrive via E mail.Other people have said they got theirs from the shop.Any help would be much appreciated.

Give the Ticket Office a call tomorrow on 01925 248888. They gave me a new code and sorted it out for me while I was on the phone.
