| Good to see Waterhouse back. Hope he gets a further contract extension as we are a much better team with him in it.

Good to see Simon, Michael & Trent back in the squad, on top of Woody, Richie & Laithwaite recently returning, I don't think we have anyone out now other than Ben Evans & Matty Russell.
Mickey H & Ryan appear to be rested.
I'd go with.
Stefan Ratchford
Rhys Evans
Simon Grix
Joel Monaghan
Gene Ormsby
Chris Bridge
Richie Myler
Anthony England
Michael Monaghan
Ben Harrison
Trent Waterhouse
Ben Westwood
James Laithwaite
Ben Currie
Roy Asotasi
Brad Dwyer
Paul Wood
Chris Hill To be rested for Leeds.
Gareth O’Brien To miss out
In the Daily Mail Online it states that Ratch will be playing Full Back & Ryan has a minor ankle injury
'Warrington's Stefan Ratchford will demonstrate his versatility in Perpignan on Friday by starting in a different position for the third consecutive match.
Ratchford, who is primarily seen as a stand-off, has played centre and loose forward in the Wolves' last two Super League matches but will switch to full-back against the Catalan Dragons in the absence of Matty Russell, who is ruled out through concussion.
"It's a great attribute that he's got," said Warrington coach Tony Smith. "He's been really good for us and he'll do a good job for us at full-back this week.
"The only position I think he hasn't been selected in this year is prop and he asked me one day if I wanted him to play there. He was being facetious but I reckon he'd do all right there too."
Ratchford will be expected to switch roles once more when Russell returns for the Wolves' Tetley's Challenge Cup semi-final against Leeds at Langtree Park on Saturday week, when Smith should be able to select from virtually a full-strength squad.
Centre Ryan Atkins misses Friday's game with a minor ankle injury but will be back to face the Rhinos and forwards Michael Monaghan, Trent Waterhouse and Simon Grix will all be on Thursday's flight to Barcelona after recovering from injury, which leaves only prop Ben Evans on the sidelines.
"We've got a whole lot of boys back in a short period of time," said Smith, who has seen scrum-half Richie Myler, prop Paul Wood and second rower James Laithwaite all return to action in recent weeks.'

Good to have Waterhouse, Monas and Grix back. Let's hope Monas and Waterhouse are still on fire and Grix stays injury-free up to the playoffs.'"
Agreed. Ratch to fullback is a no brainer. I actually think he is still the best all round fullback at the club if you want your full back to operate as an additional half back. Russell still needs work in that area.

| I said earlier in the week that game time for those returning from injury was as important as the result on Friday, and I stick by it. On this basis I'm going with :
Ratchford
Ormsby
Evans
Currie
Monas
Bridge
O'Brien
Hill
Myler
Wood
Westwood
Waterhouse
Grix
Harrison
England
M.Monas
Laithwaite
Myler at hooker is a risk but he could interchange with Harrison, moving into the halves, Grix to hooker and Harrison to LF depending on how things are going.
Fantastic to see the walking wounded back, I just hope Catalans come to play footy and not to indulge in unchecked acts of violence.

| I wouldn't be surprised if GOB misses out tomorrow with Myler replacing him. Monas and Grix can share the hooking role with us having plenty of back row options in that squad.

I think you're right MKC and without getting too tricky in addition TS could also play plenty of combinations in the backs even with Atkins and Russell out.
It would seem that TS is in a position to leave himself with the biggest possible selection headache come the Leeds game and heading into the play offs?

| I wouldn't want Grix to have to defend against big forwards at 9 after just returning from another shoulder injury.

Was thinking this line up myself, Myler to start at 9, may also have Trent on bench with Laithwaite starting, having M.Monas and him coming off the bench as impact with it been first games back

Spot on Rico, biggest problem for the SF has to be half back for me. Bridge was awful last Sunday (wasn't alone though) and has to have a good game tomorrow otherwise TS might revert to Ratchford and Myler. Almost every shirt is up for grabs next week imo.

Unless there is a big improvement in attitude and form RD you will probably be proved correct. Irrespective of whether Chris Bridge is at 3 or 6.

| The side for Friday looks to be a strong one, but it doesn't necessarily mean that TS is throwing his best side at Catalan in search of the points. I think it is more a case of getting his senior players ready for the playoffs - Laithwaite, Trent, Monas, Myler, Grix are all returning from injury and been given time to get match fit. It will be interesting to see the side he picks for the semi, so for instance will Currie feature, or will he play Trent and Grix.

| Is Mickey Higham rested or injured ? I would imagine Grix slotting in at left centre .
