Am I overstating when I say Cooper has been our most disappointing signing of the last 10 years? And before anyone says Brown, I thought he was turd before he got here; I expected huge things from Cooper- he's not looked any better than before he left IMO.

Why should we criticise Cooper ,he is no different now than when he left for Oz apart from his handling has improved . He may be a superstar next year going off the 12 month settling in period rule.

I've said it previous. Coops has been the most disappointing signing. Not saying he's pants but we didn't get this hype prop of Oz but the same Coops that left here.

I think there were great expectations that he would come back in the mould of Graham or Morley ,but are there issues at the Wire that we don't know about that could be affecting all the playing staff who ,on paper, should have more than held their own in SL this year ?

Unless my memory is playing tricks, Cooper seemed to really run the ball in hard when we played the Broncos at the start of the season, but since then has not put in nearly as much effort. I suppose he could have viewed the game as a one off where he wanted to impress his ex NRL mates, but yes his form has looked rather lacklustre this year.

I think cooper could have been carrying a knock through the season. He hasnt been amazing but let's just get this stinking season out of the way and it's a fresh start for everyone next season, hopefully with a new coaching setup.

Cw8 I'm more than willing to forget everything about 2017. I would say the most disappointing season I can ever remember.

Yes we've had worse seasons but our expectations wasn't really tested. We were what we ate.

Agreed, I've never been as disappointed with any Warrington side, we've been worse but I never expected anything but honesty from those sides.

No doubt about it we've massively underperformed this season, these players are much better than the performances we have been served. Players attitudes may well be a factor but I think the coaches are the most culpable for it, they can no longer inspire a response from the players IMO.

May as well get used to it, the coaches are here for the foreseeable future.

He played with a fractured hand for the 6 weeks after the Brisbane game and needs his shoulder operated on in the close season.

I don't know why Cooper would have those type of expectations, he was never considered one of the better forwards in the NRL... he was just a decent starter in a poor Saint George pack, no where near the impact of Morley or Graham.

But we will see how he goes next year, but I think people will be disappointing if they're expecting a dominant forward.
