Something should really change in the ruck. I'm tired of hearing the referee blaming the player with ball in hand for not being able to play the damn thing. "You're moving forward!" Yeah, because they're trying to get the sod clinging to them off long enough to play the game! If a player is writhing on the floor so much they move 5 metres forward, it's because the defender on top of them has been there beyond warranted time. It's ridiculous.

Fair enough. We got beat by a fitter faster more organised team. But at what point are the refs going to grow a pair of balls and actually start using the 6 again to stop teams who persistently slow the play the ball down. A faster game is a better spectacle and might just draw fans in. Wigan games are just a bore fest at the moment. And since when was getting up with an angry face because you’d just been worked over on the floor a penalty? When I saw Kendall was the ref I knew what we were in for and he didn’t disappoint.

As bad as we have been we are incredibly still only 2 points (abd a but of a PD swing) off a home semi final to get to OT, and we’ve beaten the best team in the league twice in their back yard. Everyone has been awful in patches this year, ours just seem to last a bit longer.

It isn't, honest. You lot on here, especially in the couple of hours after a loss, are unintentionally one of the funniest things on the Internet - it'd be a real loss if we ever did become successful, because the quality of laughs on this forum would inevitably sink....
